He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Steiner and Dora Harris Steiner; his wife Joyce Clark; his children, Tod Steiner of Bolivar, Troy Steiner (Aggie Hardy) of Bolivar and Terri Steiner of Bolivar; and his brothers, Donald Steiner of Albuquerque, NM, George Steiner and Keith Steiner. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
