He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Rossman and Edith M. Eymer Rossman; his wife Betty Lounsberry; his son Steven Rossman; and his brothers, Everett Rossman and Dick Rossman.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Rossman Olean (Vicky) and Carol Belser Bradford (Randy). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren Several nieces and nephews.
