He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Bucher and Kathryn Donnelly Bucher; his wife Mary E. "Betsy" Anderson; his children, Andrew Bucher (Mary) of Rochester, NY, Cathleen Johnson (Eric) of Olympia, WA, Elizabeth Emerson (Charles) of Lyndon, VT and David Bucher (Sue) of Emporium, PA; his stepchildren, Jeff Anderson, Susan Bess (David), David Anderson (Sue) of Scio, NY and Scott Anderson of Olean; and his close friends, Rick Gould (Kris) and Kelly Lounsberry (Lois) of Bolivar, NY.. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private family Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Mary's Church Bolivar at a later date.
