He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Shultis and Barbara Shultis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Amy, Corey Jr. and Olivia; his stepdaughter Desiree; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brooke, Hailie, Christian, Ilyanna, Shai, Brayden, Brie and Luca; and his siblings, Sharon, Alan, Craig, Dona and Dale.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the St Francis de Sales Church, or the Phoenicia Food Pantry.
