He was predeceased by: his father James; and his brother Chris. He is survived by: his children, Craig Entwistle and Dainna Entwistle; his stepsons, Steven Kenyon, Shane Kenyon, Jason Kenyon and Jerimiah Kenyon; his mother Madeleine; and his siblings, James, Tory, Kim Woodford and Keri Purtell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and his cousins.
