Joann O'Neill wrote a sympathy message

“I was a client of Carmen’s off and on for many years. My husband and I attended her Celebration of Life and got to see Carmen in another light through her family and friends. This was not the Carmen I knew, our relationship was professional, but I must say I felt the connection, the caring, the compassion that everyone spoke of right from the start. I am so grateful to have had her in my life even if it was only for our time in session. She will always have a special place in my heart.”
