With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Koppenhoefer of Blue Point, New York, born in Sayville, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepson Jamie Boeckel. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his son Keith of Oakdale; his stepson Matthew Boeckel (Nicole) of Blue Point; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Dillon and Ava.

In lieu of flowers, contributions made in Robert's memory to the Brookhaven Town Animal Shelter, 300 Horseblock Road, Brookhaven, New York 11719, are appreciated.
