He was predeceased by : his brother Curtis James Deacon; and his stepfather Robert Deacon. He is survived by : his fiancée Judy Svendsen; his parents, Marjorie Vitale and Joe; his children, Brandon, Brittany and Bradley; and his nephew Corbin Deacon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home (683 Montauk Hwy, Bayport, NY 11705). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
