He was predeceased by: his wife Helen. He is survived by: his children, Edward Guzik (Angela Guzik) of West Sayville and Diane Guzik Holmes (Charles S. Holmes) of Sag Harbor; his grandchildren, E. J. Guzik, Veronica Guzik-Torres (Miguel Torres) and Carrie Catherine Holmes; his great grandchild Aidan Guzik; his brother Leon; and his sister-in-law Muriel Yablonski.
