Elizabeth Folwell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Folwell of Blue Mountain Lake, New York, who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Elizabeth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Elizabeth has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Warrington; her pets, Hartlyn and Scout; her brother-in-law Gus Kasapis; and her nieces, Cally Marcuson of Arizona, Nikki Halle of Arizona and Stephanie Zeckelman of Arizona.

Donations in Betsy's memory may be made to the Adirondack Foundation's Small Wonders Fund for the Central Adirondacks, or to any of the organizations that she supported, including the Adirondack Center for Writing, The Adirondack Land Trust, AARCH, and the Steamboat Tuscarora Preservation Project.
