He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Edith Squadrito, Sr. (Fountain); his son Michael Squadrito; and his brothers, Charles and Joseph Squadrito.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Phair; his wife Kat; his children, Angela Squadrito (Harry), Frederick Squadrito III (Kimberly) and Michelle Carlesimo (Peter); and his siblings, Janet Finley (John), Paula Foster (Tom), Rebecca Pope, Mary Jane Fuller (Jamie), Carletta Renzi (Angelo), Ralph (Kim) and Lyndon Squadrito. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
