He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene George and Mary Orcelia Lutz (Thompson); his son Eugene Owen Lutz; and his sisters, Wilma Lutz and Margaret Steele (Lutz).
He is survived by: his wife Diana B Lutz; his daughters, Linda H Lutz (Peter Mauer) and Nancy J Shaw (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Owen M Thomas (Serena), Holly A Thomas and Rachel J Shaw. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers a contribution in memory of Willis may be made to the Bloomville Fire Department, 243 Scotch Hill Rd, Bloomville NY 13739.
