She is survived by: her husband Richard H. Loucks, Sr.; her daughters, Debbie Martin and Karen Hall-Green; her grandchildren, Mathew Speece (Shelley), Chad Loucks (Bridget), Travis Loucks (Brittany), Ryan Loucks, Brielle Loucks, Cheslea Campbell (Ryan), Schuyler Speece, Taylor Loucks, Morgan Loucks and Brandon Hall; her siblings, Ronda Frazee (Rick), Nancy Rice (John) and Kenneth Rockwell (Sandy); and her aunt Patty Mattice. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
