He was predeceased by: his parents, John Iacobelli and Constance Iacobelli (Maria); his former wife Phyllis Iacobelli (Monteforte); his daughter Dawn Iacobelli; and his brother Dr. Vincent Iacobelli.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Ochoa; his children, Christine Logiudice, Nicholas Iacobelli, Jonathan Iacobelli, Frank Iacobelli and Salvatore Iacobelli, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Susan, Anthony, Felicia, Giana, Nichole, Jamie, Marissa and Valerie. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
