He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Quackenbush, Sr. (Hitt); his children, David, Daniel, Fritz and Debbie; and his sisters, Vickie Phelps of Bloomville, Penny Scofield (Ray) of Bloomville and Patricia LaRocque of Bloomville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
