It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Hinkley of Bloomville, New York, who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Barnhart and Viola Barnhart; her husband John Hinkley, Jr.; and her brothers, Herbert, Robert and Wilford, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Halliday of Jacksonville, FL, Jane Mattice of Broom Center, Jan Bevins of Bloomville and James Hinkley of Arcadia, FL; and her sisters, Jane Howard of Delhi and Edith Platt. She is also survived by two granddaughters; four grandsons; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services at this time due to COVID-19 concerns.
