Cheryl I. Dobbins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl I. Dobbins of Bloomington, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellsworth and Theresa Ellsworth; her close friend Robert Bushman (Bob); her former husband Sidney Dobbins; and her sister Margarite Cogswell (Marge).
She is survived by: her children, Albert Rougier (Dorothy) of Hurley, Melissa O'Sullivan (Daniel) of Bloomington, Tammy Rougier (Vinnie Rowe) of Tillson, Christopher Rougier of Hurley, Sherri Van Etten of Kingston and Dawn Dobbins of Florida; and her brothers, Charles and Jimmy Ellsworth. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
