He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hewitt and Mary Hewitt (Stickney); and his siblings, John, Patti and Ann.
He is survived by: his children, William "BJ" Hewitt of Moira, NY and Michelle (Bryan) of North Carolina; and his siblings, Dick Hewitt (Brenda) of Saranac Lake and Jody Sewell (Kevin). He is also survived by four grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
