Deegan of Bloomingburg, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Deegan and Julia B. Eckes. He is survived by: his sons, Edward and Andrew Deegan (Mary Fitzpatrick); and his siblings, Grace Balantic, Thomas Deegan and Patrick Deegan.
