He is survived by: his sons, Erik Johansen of Rosendale, NY and Logan Johansen of Canton, Georgia; his siblings, Lawrence Johansen (Carolyn) of Strafford, NH, Keith Johansen (Jeanne) of Lewes, DE and Barbara Oliva (Ben) of Mineola, NY; and his goddaughter Deena D'Aleo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews other relatives and friends.
