He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Smith and Walter H. Hill Sr. Walter; and his siblings, Richard Hill, Pearl Conklin, Sandra Hill, Brian Hill and Geraldine Moulton.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne of Middletown; his daughters, Melissa (Michael) of Walker Valley and Regina of Middletown; his granddaughter Naomi (Alex) of Bloomingburg; and his great grandchildren, Zander and Hendrick of Bloomingburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations can be made to Bread of Life Church or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
