He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Goldsmith. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his sons, Christopher (Dana Saintmire) and James (Stacy); his grandchildren, Lauren Van Voorhis (Craig), Bode, Dominic, Chase, Carl and Darrell; and his siblings, Joan Goad, Ronald Goldsmith and Linda Schoonmaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
