He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Roe Sr. and Marion Ennis Roe; his granddaughter Melinda; his great grandchild Hunter; and his siblings, Shirley Boniface, Marion Botsford, June Poharski, Wilma Plocharczyk, Joseph Jr., William, John, Duane and Robert Roe.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Richard Roe Jr., Joanne Ives and Frank Roe (Earlene); his grandchildren, Matthew (Jennifer), Katelyn (Darryl), Amy (Nick), Michael (Holly), Richard, Brady (Michael), Andrew (Mikaela), Courtney, Saige, Abby (Jesse) and Alex; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Harleigh, Grace, Ally, Olivia, Aiden, Gavin, Tucker, Michael Jace, Oliver and Reagan; and his siblings, Rhea Arnold and Ralph Roe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
