He was predeceased by: his wife Janice A. DePace (Breitenbach); his parents, Tony DePace and Gladys DePace (Beers); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Melissa, Joshua Scotto and Troy Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Jody; his son-in-law James Smith; his sons, Nicholas DePace Jr. (Kathleen Litts) and Alan L. DePace Sr.; his grandchildren, Michael, Jessica Scotto, Heather Smith, Tyler Swift, Katelyn DePace, Alan Jr., Angelina, Alana, Amara and Nayla DePace; and his great grandchildren, Melissa, Kaylee, Michael Scotto, Mackenzie, Aubrey, Jocelyn Weller and Isabella Bonilla. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, lots of nieces and nephews.
