She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter J. and Lydia Roe Polus Sr; her husband Donald "Dutch" Lee Smith Sr; and her siblings, Richard, Peter, Harry, Etta, Marjorie and Gladys.
She is survived by: her children, Lydia Enright (Mike), Marjorie Shultz (Jay Smith), Donald Smith Sr (Helen) and James "Jimmy" Smith (Penny). She is also survived by her sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
