He is survived by: his wife Paula; his stepchildren, Nicholas Devine (Lindsay Higinson) of Montgomery, NY. and Ashley Devine (Jason Waite) of Newburgh, NY.; his sisters, Ellen Ventura (Patrick) of Toms River, NJ and Trisha Mackenzie (Jeffrey) of Clover, SC.; his sister-in-law Melanie Schnitker (Carl) of Walden, NY.; his grandchildren, Donovan Devine and Kayden Waite; and his nieces and nephews, Keri-Ann Ventura, Lauren Woods, Victoria Ashare, Matthew and Tommy Ashare.

Cremation will be held privately. Due to the current health crisis, social distancing guidelines must be met.
