He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Palmer and Rebecca Vance; his grandparents, Bonnie Vance-Franz (Edward Franz) of Bloomingburg, Mark Foegen of Atlantic, Ann Palmer of Middletown and Arthur Palmer of Middletown; his great-grandparents, Nellie Vance of Middletown, Vincent Vance of Middletown, Diana Palmer of Middletown, John Peterson of Middletown and Mary Peterson of Middletown; and his uncles, Vanessa LoMedico, Daniel LoMedico, Heather Palmer and Christien Foegen.
Visitation hours will be held on Sunday March 18, 2018 from 2-4 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.
