He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rose and Emma Netz Rose; and his brothers, Bill and Robert. He is survived by: his brother Norman Rose (Angela); his children, Shirley Seifert (Bob), Gerald Allen Rose and Charles Rose (Ryan Tam); his grandchildren, Zack Seifert (Brittany), Korey Seifert, Ashley Andre, Geralyn Rose, Gerald Rose Jr. (Stefany) and Damien Rose; his great grandchildren, Bryan Lieberman, Benjamin Rose and Lydia Seifert; his niece Janice Malley; his nephew David Rose; and his close friend Gene Froehlich.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made in Allen's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
