He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mullins and Lillian Mullins; and his siblings, Joseph Mullins, Thomas Mullins, Dorothy Heath and James Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Janice Oppman, Edward Mullins Jr., Charles Mullins and Daniel Mullins (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Jason Oppman, Madison Mullins, Matthew Mullins and Jillian Mullins. He is also survived by Great grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews and lots extended family and friends.
