He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Dianne McCoy; his children, Will and Stacey Halloran; his siblings, Donna DeLong (Sam), Ken Halloran (Cathy), Michael J., Melissa M. and Jennifer E. Halloran; and his parents, Michael Halloran and Pauline Halloran (Kelly). He was also cherished by step-siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
