We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sarah Templar Ballard (Bloomfield, New York), born in Rochester, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Madilynn, Ryan and Jackson; her parents, Greg Templar and Cathy Templar; her brother Mark; her sister-in-law Christi Templar; her nephew Chance; her niece Sofi; and her close friend Brian Gilfilian. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the family for her children, c/o Greg Templar, 2685 Cannan Rd., Bloomfield, NY 14469.
