It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Rugg (Bloomfield, New York), born in Penn Yan, New York, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Daniel Rugg IV; her parent Leta Sprague (McCann); her brother Thomas L. McCann; and her son-in-law Mark Andrew Hinds. She is survived by: her children, Bart Daniel Rugg, Dana Marie Spencer (Warren), Linda Lou Taylor (Patrick) and Cindy Sue Hinds (Fred Modzel); her grandchildren, Daniel Bart Rugg (Erica), Anthony Thomas James Rugg, Jeremiah John Hinds (Emily), Jack Edwards Modzel (Taylor), Alicia Rose Haskins (Cody), Leta Lou Spencer, Nena May Spencer, Rachel Marie Taylor-Northam (Mitchell), Emmie Krystyna Gurnell and Julia Marie Taylor; her great grandchildren, Emarie Rose Rugg, Isabella Iris Cantrell Rugg, Jameson Jeffery Hinds, Magnolia Lynne Rugg, Greyson Boyd Kelley and Mack Alexander Rugg; her aunt Marilyn Carey; and her brother Danny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
