He was predeceased by: his former wife Muriel Rayburn (Reynolds); his son-in-law Allen Ingalls; his siblings, William B. Rayburn and Katherine Garlick; and his parents, Elizabeth Busby Rayburn and Earl Rayburn.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma "Jean" Chaapel Rayburn; his children, Richard Rayburn (Linda) of Bloomfield, Darlene Ingalls of Bloomfield, Debrah Roth (Bob) of Rougemont, NC, Guy Rayburn (Angela) of Springfield, MO and Brian Rayburn (Amy) of Honeoye Falls; his stepchildren, Tim Chaapel (Denise), Teresa Cator (Gregg) and Lisa Lawson (David); and his sisters-in-law, Jane Reynolds, Shirley Sims, Rosalyn Fleming and Jane Pruyne. He is also survived by grandchildren and (7) great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the East Bloomfield United Methodist Church or East Bloomfield Rotary.
