He was predeceased by: his sister Christine Anne McCarthy. He is survived by: his daughter Krisandra Kneer; his parents, James McCarthy and Carol McCarthy; and his nephews, Jamie, Sydney Ann and Ryan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
