He was predeceased by: his sons, Dannie and Jackie Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Fitzgerald; his sons, Robin Fitzgerald (Patricia) and Kevin Fitzgerald; and his sister Gladys Newman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
