He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia A. "Ginny" Schroeder; and his grandson Gabe Flood. He is survived by: his children, Karen Flood, Ken Schroeder, Kim Cox (Tom) and Kristin Duncan (Arran); his grandchildren, Abbey, Matt, Kaitlin, Taylor and Madison; and his siblings, Marilee Krest and Dean Schroeder (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
