He is survived by: his son Dustin Mack (Ronnie); his nephew Paulie Holl; his niece Jessie Dow; his siblings, Kenny Angell (Sue), Katherine Eastman (Wayne) and Donna Nichols (Walt); his nephews, Joshua Eastman, Jesse Eastman, Walt Nichols, Jr. and Although Ron; his children, John Griffin, Stefanie Scadin (Lee), Tami Babcock, Gladys Knight (Mark) and Chasity Dilworth; and also, Hunter Mack, Hailee Dorau, Charlotte Mack, Paisley Mack, Kristopher Hafl and Mackenzie Gassner.
