He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Morgan and Frances Morgan of Blodgett Mills; his wife Marilyn White of Aberdeen, MD; and his sisters, Janice Seager and Jean Fish.

He is survived by: his children, Theresa and David; his grandchildren, Sydney and Dane of Pheonix, AZ; and also Hassan Eladab. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
