He is survived by: his mother Ann Slowik (Feketa) of Ilion, NY; his wife Deborah Slowik (Klink); his son Stephen Slowik (Danielle) of Rochester; and his siblings, Chester Slowik (Karen) of Ilion, NY, John Slowik of Ilion, NY, Mike Slowik of Ilion, NY, Eddie Slowik (Kathy) of Ilion, NY, Brenda Rheinhardt (Jeff) of Clinton, NY, Susan Lupinski (David) of Ilion, Debra Robinson of Ilion and Sandra Richvalsky (Michael) of Mohawk, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
