He was predeceased by: his father William Karcher. He is survived by: his mother Alice O'Connell (Kozak) of Buffalo; his wife Diana Karcher (Haney); his children, Kelsey Rae Karcher of Minneapolis, MN, Sarah Reps-Flietner (Peter) of La Crosse, WI and Raymond V. Reps (Sarah Friego) of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Karen Oleszkowicz of Newberg, OR, Judy Schirholz (Robert) of Gaston, OR, William Karcher of Louisville, KY and Regina Leigh (Tom) of Williamsburg, VA; and his close friend Dexter. He is also survived by six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
