With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur D. Cartwright Jr. of Bliss, New York, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Andrea Peffer Lavery. He is survived by: his father Joe Lavery; his children, Steven Cartwright (Becky Crissey) of Fillmore, Chase Cartwright of Bliss and Tori Lundy (Nate) of Gainesville; and his sisters, Tami Dedsozak of Varysburg, Kim Schwab of Bliss and Sue Cartwright of Fillmore. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sons of the American Legion, NY Post 1720, P.O. Box 111, Bliss, NY 14024 or the Bliss Baptist Church, 3402 Main St., Bliss, NY 14024.
