He is survived by: his wife Cindy Tobey (Greenland); his children, Russell Alan Tobey (Shannon) of Bliss and Rena Evans (Rob) of Bliss; his grandchildren, Ciera Santoro (Caleb), Dakota Vanocker (Katie), Gavin Vanocker, Gunner Tobey, Brooklynn Tobey, Khloe Evans and Ellianna Evans; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Oliver Santoro; and his siblings, Sharon Sydorwicz (late Rich), Robert Tobey (Rosy), Barb McCoy (Chuck), Bev Primerano, Brenda Smith (Smitty) and Erwin Tobey (Jen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
