He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Foss Manchester; his spouse Dorothy Knoblauch Manchester; his children, Timothy Manchester (Jennifer) of North Carolina, Sandy Harris (Robert) of Nevada, Randy Manchester of Caroga Lake and Christina Manchester of Gloversville; and his brother William Manchester of South Carolina. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
