It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Werner O. P. (Blauvelt, New York), who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Werner and Helen Werner. She is survived by: her sister Mary Douglass (Bob); and her nieces, Susan Fliess (Kevin) and Christine Connelly (Mark).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisters of St. Dominic of Blauvelt.
