She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Gavigan Collins and Michael Collins; her nephew Jamie O; and her niece Claire Collins Smee. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary, Margaret O, Donnell (Jimmy) and Joanne Collins Smee (Tim). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Agnes' name to the Sisters of Saint Dominic of Blauvelt, 496 Western Highway, Blauvelt, NY 10913.
