He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sterling and Mary Sterling; and his brother Robert Sterling (Doris). He is survived by: his wife Loretta A. Sterling; his children, Christopher Sterling, Laura Giallella, Gregory Sterling (Teresa) and Karen Sterling; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeffrey Giallella and Gianna Sterling; his sister Jeanne Sterling-Colvin; his siblings-in-law, Larry, Louis and Lorraine Aloisio; and his friend Andy Hancock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
