She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond A. Grzybowski; her parents, John Maciag and Apolonia Maciag; and her siblings, Julia Urbanczyk, Martha Kuphowski, Wanda Panek, Stella Klimowicz, Mary Grzybowski, Gertrude Dryndas and Leonard Maciag.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Kauder (Gary) and David Grzybowski (Mary Anne); her grandchildren, Rene Kauder (Mark Eisenried), Nicole Richards (Shawn), Ryan Grzybowski and Ashley Davis (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Colin, Madelyn, Ella and Ava. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
