He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Stelmach and Mary Stelmach; his siblings, Regina Connerly (late Roy), Lillian Cekala (late Joseph), Mary A. Stelmach, Irene Abram (late Teddy), Esther Anna Szkutak (late Raymond), Anthony J. (late Elsie) and Helen Stelmach; and his niece Alice Abram-Juste.
He is survived by: his brother Edward Stelmach (Margaret); and his nieces and nephews, Marian C. Abram, Edward Stelmach, Nicolette Scibetta, John, Patrick, Tony, Garry Stelmach, Esther Kowal, Jeanette Morrisey, Susie Moscati, Ray Szkutak, Joseph Duke Abram and Robert Szkutak. He is also survived by great-great nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joseph's memory may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
