We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2021, Donald G. Palmer (Blasdell, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Lynn Palmer; his parents, Edwin Palmer and Edith Palmer; and his sister Dorothy Stiefler (late Paul). He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Kathleen Palmer; and his siblings, Joyce Palmer, Esther (late Ron Wolfley), Margaret (late Lester Green) and Larrie Palmer (late Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
