He was predeceased by: his son Anthony Jamie Wojtaszek. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Wojtaszek; his children, Mary Beth Wojtaszek, Todd Wojtaszek and Craig Wojtaszek; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Maguire, Olivia Polakiewicz, Tiffany Muench, Darryl Wojtaszek, Jillian, Wendy and Kailee Wojtaszek; and his sister Joanie German (late Mike). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
